TERIYAKI CHICKENT AND RICE




This looked like a quick dinner and that's what I needed tonight. It was a quick but not flavorful meal and to be honest, adding ketchup to soy sauce is just wrong. If I made it again I would leave out the ketchup and add other flavors such as pineapple or ginger. I also would use the sauce to marinate the chicken (using raw instead of precooked chicken) before adding to the uncooked rice. Well, so much for the quick dinner.
